Our trip begins with a flight into Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), airport code SGN, on January 3rd. To arrive on this date, you must depart on January 2nd.

The trip ends with a departure from Hanoi, airport code HAN. Guests on the Standard Experience will depart on January 11th, while those on the Enhanced Experience (including the Ha Giang Motorbike Loop) will depart on January 14th.

Cancellations made before October 1st will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the initial deposit.

Cancellations made after November 15th are non-refundable. This policy protects us from last-minute cancellations when most arrangements are finalized and non-refundable.

Transfer of Booking:

You may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend, provided you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the trip departure. All arrangements and additional costs related to the transfer are your responsibility.
